A Standard Unicycle

Unicycles aren't too popular on the roads for the simple reason that they are not very efficient form of transportation, beside looking like a clown riding one. Good for party tricks and entertainment but that's all.

A Clown's Bicycle - With Old Boots Rear Wheel

Clowns and bicycles seem to be made for each other! I know many cyclists who are clowns, but this one that I found takes the biscuit. The rear wheel is made up of old boots, I bet it works as well. I'm sure it moves slowly hence no brakes

This bicycle was invented by and Englishman called Henry J. Lawson in the year 1879. It is called the "Bicyclette" and was the first chain-drive "safety" bicycle. Doesn't look too comfortable a ride.

Tour De France - Great Entertainment For Onlookers

I love the Tour de France and this typifies the hype that goes with it, great entertainment for onlookers. This was taken from www.europeloton.com/2008_06_01_archive.html another good blog with cycling as the theme.

Lance Armstrong's Time Trial Bike

This is Lance Armstrong's unique time trial bike, which is valued at over $10,000. Just as a point of interest it was stolen out of a bicycle transport van while parked behind a Sacramento Hotel a while ago. What a work of art and science and now of course probably in bits that have been sold off.

A Recumbent Cycle

This recumbent cycle was found for sale at Cycle Genius and the picture from their website www.cyclegenius.com. I am a great fan of recumbent cycles, especially with a bad back, but the low position makes you vulnerable and not very well seen in traffic and that the big no to most who toy with the idea of riding one. Traffic free roads would bring out more recumbent riders I'm sure, but there's no chance of that in this car society we live in.

Built My Own Boardtracker - I name it "2012"

My 1'st and 2'nd BT

And Now i built it by my self again for my own ride, just waiting accomplished.

The 3'rd

XiXiXi

All Parts including Bearings are still Original, Except Grips, Sadle, Pedals and Tires when we have around 1990's. And Couple times of painting jobs. Rechromes Parts, And on Rims there are some holes because of rust.
The Chainguard is missing too but totally still in good conditions.
Many years been a display in the living room

But Know: After Restored ( mid 2009 ), i added some new parts on it, likes:
  • NEW Vintage Columbia  Badge Original
  • Customed Midleweight style Sadle Bicycle
  • Customed Rear Rack Handmade; adapted from the Original Model
  • Pedals Bow Gold Chromes
  • New White Wall Tires 26 x 1.75
  • New White Grips
  • and The Last finally Found the Original Chainguard

Why it calls Middleweight?? is because This Bicycle Era Forks will not fit if you use Ballon Tires, another reasons also is The Bike in this Era were designed to be run much faster than the Previous era bike models.
